47th Avenue Studios, aka the Boise-Cascade Building, is a collection of artist's live/work spaces located in East Oakland. The building has off-street parking, washers & dryers, an outdoor bbq area, and a large shared garden area. It is located about 1/2 mile from the Fruitvale Bart Station.
