With roots
in the 1960s, Peterson Properties was formed in 1986. For many years, the
company was operated and managed by Ed Peterson and Carolyn Baxter. The company took on its current form with the addition of Steve
and Ted in the early 2000s, and has been on a growth and property improvement
track for over twenty years.
